Having a (healthy) obsession with hospitality and customer service, it’s no surprise that Brett landed in the customer experience realm of marketing. After making his mark in the aviation world at JetBlue and NetJets for nearly a decade, Brett packed his bags—his global currency collection in hand—and joined the team at AXW. (No joke, he has money from 100+ countries and refuses to spend it.) His experience in brand strategy and partnerships translated well to his early days of account management, giving him true insight into brand experience. Today, Brett is responsible for the agency’s U.S. operations, overseeing all client engagement, as well as developing and implementing organizational strategy. He is hands-on with clients; not afraid to roll up his sleeves when needed. His hankering for a challenge has pushed the agency to expand and adapt over the years. Despite his preference of warm weather climates, Brett was born and raised in New York, leaving only to go to Boston and Ohio in search of a warmer winter. (He didn’t find it.) In his very little downtime, he teaches his son, Mr. Benjamin, how to pronounce the names of the best vineyards Napa has to offer.
