Widely recognized as the pioneer of “partnership marketing,” Kirk Posmantur has conceived and executed scores of integrated marketing strategies and growth plans with a focus on connectivity and relationship building.
Kirk is the Founder & CEO of Axcess Worldwide (AXW), a 16-year-old full service agency that specializes in the development and execution of growth concepts, leveraging its core values in strategy, connectivity and integration. He has generated hundreds of millions of dollars in contracted revenue via his strategic programming for companies including Audemars Piguet, Beats by Dre, Cadillac, Dom Perignon, FENDI, Ferrari, Maserati, FIJI Water, Graff Diamonds, JPMorgan Chase, Las Vegas Sands Corp., NetJets, Sentient Jet and The Tony Awards, among others. He is the CEO of AXW Asia, which represents and collaborates with extraordinary brands and platforms in that region including Alibaba/Alitrip, American Express, Audemars Piguet, Brioni, Citi Private Bank Asia, Dolce & Gabbana, Las Vegas Sands Corp. and Vectr Ventures.
Kirk is the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Worth Group, which is a company he formed with his longtime business partner, Eric Sinoway, and a group of strategic investors. In May 2015, the Group purchased a controlling interest in Worth Magazine and the intellectual property associated with the brand “Worth”— a 23-year-old brand that has had over $125 million invested in it. The Worth Group engages extraordinary individuals, organizations and companies worldwide. Its flagship media product, Worth, is an award winning print magazine distributed six times per year to a highly selective audience of affluent readers.
Kirk is an equity investor in a variety of high-growth companies, including Forbes Travel Guide, Tequila Avión, Patagonia Sur, The Captivate Network, Bonotel Exclusive Travel, ONEHOPE, Ring, Luma, Flexport, PS Lifestyle, Wingstop, PredictSpring, World Series of Fighting, Park City Food and Wine Classic and Steamboat Wine Festival.
From 1993 - 2000, Kirk held a variety of senior management positions at Cendant Corporation, a Fortune 500 publicly traded conglomerate. Among other accomplishments at Cendant, Kirk conceived and launched the Cendant Entertainment Group, a venture to encourage business development and marketing relationships between Cendant companies and the entertainment industry. Kirk began his career at the American Hotel & Lodging Association, where he served as Vice President for Corporate Relations.
As a strategic advisor to NetJets Founder and former Chairman, Richard Santulli, Kirk played an integral role in the growth of NetJets for over a decade. Through the creation of dozens of partnerships with luxury brands and the execution of extraordinary events, Kirk was responsible for creating scores of “value added” partnerships and experiences for NetJets owners. During this time, Kirk conceptualized and produced the famed NetJets Poker Invitational, hosted by Richard Santulli, Warren Buffett and Steve Wynn annually from 2004-2009.
Kirk is involved in a variety of charitable organizations and causes, including the After-School All-Stars, where he has worked with Founder and former California Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger, to provide after-school programs to inner-city children in 12+ cities throughout the U.S. For the past 15 years, he has served as the Chairman of the Board of the Atlanta chapter of After-School All-Stars. Kirk is the recipient of the Atlanta Falcons 2011 Community Quarterback Award for his tireless efforts in raising more than $20 million for the Atlanta chapter of After-School All-Stars.
Kirk was a proud member of the ownership team of Atlanta Hawks Sports and Entertainment, an Atlanta, Georgia-based partnership that owns the NBA’s Atlanta Hawks and operates their home arena, Philips Arena. In 2015, the Atlanta Hawks advanced for the first time to the Eastern Conference Finals.
Kirk earned his undergraduate degree at the William F. Harrah College of Hotel Management at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.
