Kirk Posmantur

CHAIRMAN & CEO

Kirk is the Chairman, CEO & Founder of Axcess Worldwide.

Widely recognized as the pioneer of the emerging field of “partnership development,” Kirk has conceived and executed scores of partnerships with many of the world’s most iconic brands. He has generated hundreds of millions of dollars in contracted revenue for companies such as Audemars Piguet, Beats by Dr. Dre, Cadillac, Coca-Cola, Dom Perignon, FENDI, Ferrari/Maserati, Fiji Water, Graff, JP Morgan Chase, Las Vegas Sands, and The Tony Awards. Kirk has also conceptualized and executed partnerships on behalf of unique “living brands” such as Frank Abagnale, Tiki Barber, N’SYNC, Arnold Schwarzenegger, and Jonathan Tisch.

Kirk served as a strategic advisor to NetJets Founder & former Chairman, Richard Santulli, and played an integral role in the growth of NetJets for over a decade. Through the creation of dozens of partnerships with luxury brands and the execution of extraordinary events, Kirk was responsible for creating scores of “value added” partnerships and experiences for NetJets owners. During this time, Kirk conceptualized and produced the famed NetJets Poker Invitational, hosted by Richard Santulli, Warren Buffet, and Steve Wynn annually from 2004 through 2009. Kirk is a partner in a variety of high-growth companies, including Forbes Travel Guide, the creator of the original Five Star Rating System for hotels, restaurants, and spas; Tequila Avión, the ultra premium tequila company; Double Cross Vodka, a top-shelf spirit produced in the Slovak Republic; Patagonia Sur, an innovative for-profit conservation project in Patagonia, Chile; and Radical Skincare, the world's most powerful anti-oxidant skin care. 

From 1993 through 2000, Kirk held a variety of senior management positions at Cendant Corporation, a Fortune 500 publicly traded conglomerate. Among other accomplishments at Cendant, Kirk conceived and launched the Cendant Entertainment Group, a venture to encourage business development and marketing relationships between Cendant companies and the entertainment industry. Kirk began his career at the American Hotel & Lodging Association, where he served as Vice President for Corporate Relations.

Kirk is involved in a variety of charitable organizations and causes, including the After-School All-Stars, where he has worked with Founder, former California Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger, to provide after-school programs to inner-city children in 12 cities throughout America. He currently serves as the Chairman of the Board of the Atlanta chapter of After-School All-Stars. Kirk is the recipient of the Atlanta Falcons 2011 Community Quarterback Award for his tireless efforts in raising over $20 million for the Atlanta chapter of After-School All-Stars.

Kirk earned his undergraduate degree at the William F. Harrah College of Hotel Management at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.

ERIC SINOWAY

PRESIDENT & CO-FOUNDER

Eric is the President & Co-Founder of Axcess Worldwide. 

An accomplished executive in the private, non-profit, and academic sectors, Eric is a recognized authority in the areas of partnership development, fundraising, non-profit strategy, and entrepreneurship. He is a well-regarded organizational strategist and a captivating speaker who has presented at Columbia, Cornell, NYU, and Harvard.  Eric has also been featured on CNN, Talk Radio nationwide, and in USA Today, Fortune Magazine, Harvard Business Review and a wide variety of other publications worldwide. 

Throughout his career, Eric has worked with some of the world’s leading organizations and most accomplished individuals. He reinvented and led the successful and widely emulated corporate-sponsorship program at Cendant Corporation, a Fortune 500 company. While working at Joie de Vivre Hotels, he helped conceive a highly regarded hospitality development that earned features in USA Today and The Wall Street Journal.

Before co-founding Axcess Worldwide with his long-time business partner Kirk Posmantur, Eric was a senior development officer at Harvard University, where he was a catalyst for a series of large, complex philanthropic gifts from individuals, governments, and organizations worldwide. These accomplishments at Harvard built on experience with the Todd Wagner Foundation and Arnold Schwarzenegger’s After-School All-Stars, where Eric helped conceive and lead a national after-school technology initiative called MIRACLES.

Eric is a partner in Double Cross Vodka, a top-shelf spirit produced in the Slovak Republic; Patagonia Sur, an innovative for-profit conservation project in Patagonia, Chile; Radical Skincare, the world’s most powerful anti-oxidant skin care; and Forbes Travel Guide, the most trusted name in travel guides worldwide. Eric is the author of Howard’s Gift: Uncommon Wisdom to Inspire Your Life’s Work, a book written in cooperation with iconic Harvard Business School professor, Howard H. Stevenson, released by St. Martin’s Press in October 2012.  Howard’s Gift is an Amazon Best Seller and has been published in England, United Arab Emirates, India, South Africa, Thailand, China, Germany, Lebanon, Italy, Singapore, Malaysia, Korea, and Japan.

Eric earned his undergraduate degree at Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration and received his master’s degree at Harvard’s Kennedy School.

AMANDA HEALY

SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT, PARTNERSHIP DEVELOPMENT

Amanda is Senior Vice President, Partnership Development, at Axcess Worldwide.

A marketing and brand development executive with over fifteen years of experience executing partnerships of all types, Amanda is a member of the Axcess Worldwide Senior Management Team. She leads partnership development ideation, negotiation, and execution for a wide variety of Axcess clients and helps set overall organizational strategy.

A member of the Axcess team since the Company’s early days, Amanda has played an integral role in many of Axcess’ signature partnerships, including those with Audemars Piguet, FIJI Water, Oscar de la Renta, and Rolls-Royce Motor Cars, among others. Prior to joining Axcess Worldwide, Amanda held a variety of roles with fragrance and cosmetics companies, including Chanel, Avon and Lancôme, where she served as Director of Fragrance Marketing. During her tenure at Avon Products, Amanda conceptualized and brought to market Avon’s first-ever men’s catalog and created strategic alliances with well-known men’s brands, including the NFL, NASCAR, Men’s Health magazine, and key sports personalities. Amanda serves on the Membership Committee at the New York Athletic Club.

Amanda earned a BSBA with a concentration in marketing from the University of Delaware.

BRETT MUNEY

SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT, PARTNERSHIP DEVELOPMENT

Brett is Senior Vice President, Partnership Development, at Axcess Worldwide.

A marketing and product development executive with deep experience in the travel and hospitality industry, Brett is a member of the Axcess Worldwide Senior Management Team. He leads partnership development ideation, negotiation, and execution for a wide variety of Axcess clients and helps set overall organizational strategy.

Prior to joining Axcess Worldwide, Brett worked at NetJets Aviation as the Director of Product Development, a position that entailed responsibility for the onboard owner experience for NetJets’ fleet of 700 aircraft throughout the United States and Europe. Before his position at NetJets, Brett served as the General Manager, Product Development and Customer Experience, for JetBlue Airways. At JetBlue, Brett was responsible for managing a variety of marketing and operational relationships with business partners for all onboard products and services related to the customer experience, including in-flight entertainment and technology, food and beverage, cabin amenities, and ancillary revenue. Among many others, Brett helped to create and manage JetBlue’s partnerships with Bliss, Coke, DIRECTV, Dunkin' Donuts, Google, and XM Satellite Radio. Brett led the successful launch of BetaBlue, the Airline’s first aircraft equipped with an onboard wireless network to provide free in-flight email and instant messaging services to its customers. He also led the implementation of the airline’s Even More Legroom™ product.

Brett earned his BSBA from the Boston University School of Management.

SUSANNE J. RHOW

SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT, PARTNERSHIP DEVELOPMENT

Susanne is Senior Vice President, Partnership Development, at Axcess Worldwide.

Susanne is a business development and marketing executive with more than eighteen years of global experience working with world-class companies to increase brand awareness and enter new markets. As a member of the Axcess Worldwide Senior Management Team, she leads the company’s partnership platform development and strategic business development activities. She also helps set overall organizational strategy.

Susanne joined Axcess after living and working in Hong Kong, Seoul, London, Paris and Stockholm. In addition to her extensive experience in global business, Susanne’s expertise includes developing client relationships and partnerships that have generated material revenue for iconic companies, including Estée Lauder International, where she helped develop the Asia Pacific duty free markets for skincare, cosmetics and fragrance; Saks Fifth Avenue, where she was a buyer for Women’s Contemporary collections; Sotheby’s Auction House, where she helped win multi-million dollar consignments and led the company’s Appraisal group; and Cisco Systems, where she opened new vertical markets and launched innovative marketing programs.

Susanne earned a BSBA from Georgetown University Business School with a minor in International Relations. A graduate of Stuyvesant High School in New York City, she has also completed studies at La Sorbonne, Paris and Sotheby’s Auction House, London.

BRYAN JOHNSON

PRESIDENT, BRYAN JOHNSON EVENTS

Bryan Johnson is the President of Bryan Johnson Events & Design, which is a sister company of Axcess Worldwide.

Bryan is widely considered an authority on how to fuse form and function in extraordinary live events. He is an accomplished executive and successful entrepreneur in the design and event production industries with over a decade of experience conceiving and creating events at the highest levels for large companies, leading non-profit organizations, iconic award shows, and discerning individuals.

For the last two years, Bryan was selected by the Tony Awards to design and produce its famed Green Room, transforming it into a luxury experience infused elegantly with brands such as FENDI Casa, Audemars Piguet, Monte Carlo Resorts, and Beats by Dr. Dre. In 2009 and 2010, he helped produce the Elton John AIDS Foundation Academy Award Viewing Party, which raised millions of dollars for AIDS research. Other signature installations and design projects have included Graff Diamonds Hospitality Suites, Robb Report Magazine’s “Best of the Best” events, and a charity gala for Susan G. Komen for the Cure.

Prior to founding Bryan Johnson Events & Design, Bryan held leadership positions at Antony Todd Inc., where he led business development efforts and select client engagements, and at CFS Consulting, where he created and executed event marketing strategies for a wide range of clients including Christian Dior, Christie’s Auction House, Dunhill, J. Crew, Robb Report Magazine, and Sergio Rossi. Bryan developed his sophisticated, nuanced sensibility of style while traveling the world as a fashion model for brands such as Abercrombie & Fitch, American Eagle, Calvin Klein, Gucci, Perry Ellis, Tommy Hilfiger, and Target, among many others.

Bryan earned a degree in marketing from Nyack College.

MIKE WARGOTZ

CHAIRMAN & FOUNDER, Axcess Ventures

Mike is the Chairman & Founder of Axcess Ventures, which is the vehicle by which Axcess Worldwide works with early stage companies to create enterprise value in exchange for material equity participation.

An accomplished finance and operations executive whose 30-year career includes leadership roles in large corporations and entrepreneurial ventures, Mike began Axcess Ventures after co-founding the predecessor company to Axcess Worldwide with Kirk Posmantur in 2000. Mike has served as an executive at iconic companies such as American Express, PaineWebber, Cendant, and NetJets. Immediately prior to creating Axcess Ventures, Mike served as Chief Financial Officer of the Milestone Aviation Group, a global helicopter and private jet leasing company that he co-founded with Richard Santulli, the former Chairman of NetJets, and five other partners. At Milestone, working closely with Santulli, Mike led the company's successful private equity raise of $500 million, which was completed in August 2010.

In addition to his role as the Chairman & Founder of Axcess Ventures, Mike currently serves on the Board of Directors of three publicly traded companies: Wyndham Worldwide Corporation (NYSE: WYN), where he is the Chairman of the Audit Committee and a member of the Executive Committee; Resource Connections, Inc. (NASDAQ: RECN), where he is a member of the Audit Committee and the Compensation Committee; and CST Brands, Inc. (NYSE: CST), where he serves on the Nominating and Governance Committee. He is a partner in Double Cross Vodka, a top-shelf spirit produced in the Slovak Republic, and is helping launch a plush toy geared towards the pre-teen market.

From 2004 through 2009, Mike held a variety of roles at NetJets, including Chief Financial Advisor, where he was actively involved in company-wide operational and financial analysis. From 1994 through 2000, Mike held various senior executive positions at Cendant Corporation and its predecessor company, HFS Incorporated, where he developed the Company's highly successful investor relations and corporate communications function. Under Mike's leadership, the Company was awarded the prestigious Barron's Investor Relations Award in 1997. In 1998, Mike was named Chief Financial Officer of Cendant's Alliance Marketing Division and was subsequently appointed Chief Executive Officer of one of Cendant's operating divisions, with responsibility for the management of five disparate businesses comprised of 2,000 employees with over $400 million in revenue and $70 million of operating income. In 1999, Mike undertook the divestiture of this operating division, leading negotiations and resultant divestiture of the five business units, which, together, raised a total of approximately $500 million.

A Certified Public Accountant, Mike earned his BA from Rutgers University and his MBA from the NYU Stern School of Business.
