Kirk is the Chairman, CEO & Founder of Axcess Worldwide.
Widely recognized as the pioneer of the emerging field of “partnership development,” Kirk has conceived and executed scores of partnerships with many of the world’s most iconic brands. He has generated hundreds of millions of dollars in contracted revenue for companies such as Audemars Piguet, Beats by Dr. Dre, Cadillac, Coca-Cola, Dom Perignon, FENDI, Ferrari/Maserati, Fiji Water, Graff, JP Morgan Chase, Las Vegas Sands, and The Tony Awards. Kirk has also conceptualized and executed partnerships on behalf of unique “living brands” such as Frank Abagnale, Tiki Barber, N’SYNC, Arnold Schwarzenegger, and Jonathan Tisch.
Kirk served as a strategic advisor to NetJets Founder & former Chairman, Richard Santulli, and played an integral role in the growth of NetJets for over a decade. Through the creation of dozens of partnerships with luxury brands and the execution of extraordinary events, Kirk was responsible for creating scores of “value added” partnerships and experiences for NetJets owners. During this time, Kirk conceptualized and produced the famed NetJets Poker Invitational, hosted by Richard Santulli, Warren Buffet, and Steve Wynn annually from 2004 through 2009.
Kirk is an equity partner in a variety of high-growth companies, including WORTH Media, the premier magazine and digital platform for ultra high net worth individuals, where he serves as Chairman of the Board; Forbes Travel Guide, the creator of the original Five Star Rating System for hotels, restaurants, and spas; Tequila Avión, the ultra premium tequila company; Double Cross Vodka, a top-shelf spirit produced in the Slovak Republic; Patagonia Sur, an innovative for-profit conservation project in Patagonia, Chile; Radical Skincare, the world's most powerful anti-oxidant skin care; Thiel Audio, an ultra-luxury, high-performance speaker manufacturer; the Captivate Network, the most dominant media platform in office buildings throughout North America; Bonotel Exclusive Travel, a receptive tour operator acquired by the Carlyle Group; and ONEHOPE, a cause-oriented wine company produced in partnership with Rob Mondavi, Jr. He additionally serves on the Board of Directors for Forbes Travel Guide and the Captivate Network.
From 1993 through 2000, Kirk held a variety of senior management positions at Cendant Corporation, a Fortune 500 publicly traded conglomerate. Among other accomplishments at Cendant, Kirk conceived and launched the Cendant Entertainment Group, a venture to encourage business development and marketing relationships between Cendant companies and the entertainment industry. Kirk began his career at the American Hotel & Lodging Association, where he served as Vice President for Corporate Relations.
Kirk is involved in a variety of charitable organizations and causes, including the After-School All-Stars, where he has worked with Founder, former California Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger, to provide after-school programs to inner-city children in 12 cities throughout America. He currently serves as the Chairman of the Board of the Atlanta chapter of After-School All-Stars. Kirk is the recipient of the Atlanta Falcons 2011 Community Quarterback Award for his tireless efforts in raising over $20 million for the Atlanta chapter of After-School All-Stars.
Kirk is a proud member of the ownership team of Atlanta Hawks Sports and Entertainment, an Atlanta, Georgia-based partnership that owns the NBA’s Atlanta Hawks and operates their home arena, Philips Arena.
Kirk earned his undergraduate degree at the William F. Harrah College of Hotel Management at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.

A marketing and product development executive with deep experience in the travel and hospitality industry, Brett is a member of the Axcess Worldwide senior management team and has responsibility for overseeing all client engagement work along with setting overall organizational strategy. Brett brings more than 12 years of experience developing integrated brand solutions, building businesses and leading strong teams for iconic brands. He has led agency relationships with clients including Forbes Travel Guide, Hyundai, Jamba Juice, Intercontinental Hotels Group, Las Vegas Sands Corporation, and Sentient Jet.
Prior to joining Axcess Worldwide, Brett worked at NetJets Aviation as the Director of Product Development, a position that entailed responsibility for leading the strategy development of the onboard owner experience for NetJets’ fleet of 700 aircraft throughout the United States and Europe. In addition, he had responsibility for the transformation of NetJets’ catering program that included a menu redesign, employee training, owner communications, and business partner negotiations — leading a reduction in catering costs and improved owner satisfaction.
Before his position at NetJets, Brett served as the General Manager, Product Development and Customer Experience, for JetBlue Airways. At JetBlue, Brett was responsible for managing a variety of marketing and operational relationships with business partners for all onboard products and services related to the customer experience, including in-flight entertainment and technology, food and beverage, cabin amenities, and ancillary revenue. Among many others, Brett helped to create and manage JetBlue’s partnerships with Bliss, Coke, DIRECTV, Dunkin' Donuts, Google, and XM Satellite Radio. Brett led the successful launch of BetaBlue, the Airline’s first aircraft equipped with an onboard wireless network to provide free in-flight email and instant messaging services to its customers. He also led the implementation of the airline’s Even More Legroom™ product.
Brett earned his BSBA from the Boston University School of Management.
A business development and marketing executive with deep experience in the China luxury industry, Andria focuses on partnership development and corporate strategy geared towards Asian consumer markets.
Prior to joining Axcess Worldwide, Andria was Director of Marketing at Bomoda, a digital media fashion and luxury lifestyle platform for the Chinese consumer. She was responsible for managing a global sales team and executing digital advertising programs for luxury brands and retailers such as Estee Lauder, Gucci, and Lane Crawford. Before her position at Bomoda, Andria served as Vice President of Business Development at Affinity China, sourcing and building relationships with luxury and lifestyle brands aimed at providing HNW Chinese Nationals exceptional experiences when they travel and live abroad. In her role, she produced Dragon Week, a weeklong series of events celebrating Chinese New Years, closing sponsorships from brands such as Bergdorf Goodman, J. Mendel, Ralph Lauren, Montblanc, Piaget and Estee Lauder. The event has been covered in WWD, Forbes, the New York Times Sunday edition and numerous other publications.
Andria started her career in investment banking at Lehman Brothers, where she focused on healthcare and industrials. She successfully executed IPOs and M&A transactions totaling over $1 billion for Fortune 500 companies such as Amgen and Cooper Industries. She moved on to corporate strategy M&A, where she worked on merger integration with Barclays Capital.
Andria earned her BS/BA from the University of California, Berkeley at the Haas School of Business. She grew up in Asia, is fluent in Mandarin and has traveled extensively throughout the region. Andria remains heavly involved in the Asian community and serves on the board of Taiwanese American Professionals.
A marketing and business development executive with deep experience in the real estate industry, Joe is a member of the Axcess Worldwide senior management team. He leads partnership development ideation, negotiation, and execution for a wide variety of Axcess clients.
Prior to his time at Axcess, Joe was the Executive Vice President of Lansing Companies, a Southern California based Real Estate Development Company. During his years with Lansing, Joe played an integral part in assisting international and global energy companies gain a foothold in the U.S. marketplace by way of site acquisition and early stage development.
Throughout his career, he has negotiated and acquired land for three of the top ten California master-plan developers, two-dozen domestic and international renewable energy partners, and numerous institutional investment banks and private equity firms. Some of his past projects include strategic joint ventures and partnerships with Enel Power, Fidelity Investments, First Solar, iStar, Lehman Brothers, Mountain Capital, S-Power, Sempra, Sharp Electronics, Soitec, Solar Reserve and many more.
He is also a serial entrepreneur specializing in real estate finance, development and land acquisition. In 2005, Joe co-founded his own full-service land acquisition, development, and self-directed IRA company located in Del Mar. “Brooklyn Troy” manages well over a dozen investment properties ranging from SFRs in Northern California to active developments in greater San Diego and the Antelope Valley.
Joe has an MBA with a concentration in Global Strategies and Executive Leadership from the University of Southern California, Marshall School of Business. Prior to Marshall, he graduated Magna Cum Laude with a B.S. in Finance from the University of Pacific, Eberhardt School of Business where he received a 'full ride' scholarship for academics. In 2014, Joe postponed his law degree from the University of San Diego to join the Axcess team.
A marketing and business development executive with deep experience in the licensing industry, Sara is a member of the Axcess Worldwide senior management team. She leads partnership development ideation, negotiation, and execution for a wide variety of Axcess clients.
Prior to joining Axcess, Sara was an Agent at United Talent Agency, where she played an instrumental role in corporate consulting, branding and licensing. A seasoned brand strategy executive specializing in the entertainment, fashion/retail and consumer product industries, she has spent the past 10 years advising, developing and successfully executing innovative growth strategies for a wide range of global brands, CFDA award-winning fashion designers and A-list celebrities.
Previously, Sara was part of the Creative Artists Agency (CAA) Lifestyle & Licensing Group, where she was a driving force for various licensing programs with companies such as Macy’s, JC Penney, and Bed Bath & Beyond. She collaborated with CAA’s global teams to help clients secure new revenue streams, form strategic entertainment and brand partnerships, and create a unified vision across all IP.
Sara has previous experience at NBC Universal, where she worked in PR and Marketing for Focus Features, Universal Pictures, and NBC Universal’s Digital Distribution division. She began her career in branding and marketing with CNBC and The Today Show.
Additionally, Sara worked with the UTA Foundation in partnership with One Kid One World to execute the Extreme School Make Over in El Salvador. She also ran the 2011 CAA Task Force to create positive social change, encourage volunteerism, and raise public awareness and funds across the entertainment industry. This included developing and executing The Young Hollywood Party benefitting Communities in Schools.
Sara earned a B.S. from Berkeley College, Magna Cum Laude in International Business, Management and Administration.
Eric is the CEO of the Worth Group & Co-Founder of Axcess Worldwide.
Eric Sinoway is a Founding Partner and the former President of Axcess, which he co-founded with Axcess Chairman & CEO Kirk Posmantur. Eric is currently a Principal at and the CEO of the Worth Group. Worth is a platform that engages extraordinary individuals, organizations, and brands worldwide. It works closely with Axcess in a collaborative manner. Worth’s printed product, Worth Magazine, is an award winning publication that is distributed to a targeted audience of sophisticated readers. As a principal at Axcess, Eric works with the company’s leadership team on select strategic initiatives and key client activity.
Mike is the Chairman & Founder of Axcess Ventures, which is the vehicle by which Axcess Worldwide works with early stage companies to create enterprise value in exchange for material equity participation.
An accomplished finance and operations executive whose 30-year career includes leadership roles in large corporations and entrepreneurial ventures, Mike began Axcess Ventures after co-founding the predecessor company to Axcess Worldwide with Kirk Posmantur in 2000. Mike has served as an executive at iconic companies such as American Express, PaineWebber, Cendant, and NetJets. Immediately prior to creating Axcess Ventures, Mike served as Chief Financial Officer of the Milestone Aviation Group, a global helicopter and private jet leasing company that he co-founded with Richard Santulli, the former Chairman of NetJets, and five other partners. At Milestone, working closely with Santulli, Mike led the company's successful private equity raise of $500 million, which was completed in August 2010.
In addition to his role as the Chairman & Founder of Axcess Ventures, Mike currently serves on the Board of Directors of three publicly traded companies: Wyndham Worldwide Corporation (NYSE: WYN), where he is the Chairman of the Audit Committee and a member of the Executive Committee; Resource Connections, Inc. (NASDAQ: RECN), where he is a member of the Audit Committee and the Compensation Committee; and CST Brands, Inc. (NYSE: CST), where he serves on the Nominating and Governance Committee. He is a partner in Double Cross Vodka, a top-shelf spirit produced in the Slovak Republic, and is helping launch a plush toy geared towards the pre-teen market.
From 2004 through 2009, Mike held a variety of roles at NetJets, including Chief Financial Advisor, where he was actively involved in company-wide operational and financial analysis. From 1994 through 2000, Mike held various senior executive positions at Cendant Corporation and its predecessor company, HFS Incorporated, where he developed the Company's highly successful investor relations and corporate communications function. Under Mike's leadership, the Company was awarded the prestigious Barron's Investor Relations Award in 1997. In 1998, Mike was named Chief Financial Officer of Cendant's Alliance Marketing Division and was subsequently appointed Chief Executive Officer of one of Cendant's operating divisions, with responsibility for the management of five disparate businesses comprised of 2,000 employees with over $400 million in revenue and $70 million of operating income. In 1999, Mike undertook the divestiture of this operating division, leading negotiations and resultant divestiture of the five business units, which, together, raised a total of approximately $500 million.
A Certified Public Accountant, Mike earned his BA from Rutgers University and his MBA from the NYU Stern School of Business.
